Family Accommodation in Christchurch

There are 10 ground-floor units, with the choice of studio, 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom family units. All units are fully self-contained with well-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, new flat-screen TVs, DVD players and a DVD library at reception. One access unit is available. All units are completely smoke-free. All rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels, coffee, tea and fresh milk on arrival. Complimentary newspapers are supplied.

We also allow small pets by arrangement. Plenty of off-street parking. 4 SKY Digital channels and broadband internet access now hardwired into every room.

There are plenty of restaurants a short drive or walk away, we can provide great suggestions and directions at reception and in the mornings delicious home cooked breakfasts, porridge or continentals can be delivered to your room as early or as late as you prefer. For corporate clients and out of town workers we can also organise charge back of dinner meals.

Tariff: $110-$115 for 1-2 persons, $20 extra adult, $15 child under 12

1-bedroom couples unit

Lovely 1-bedroom unit great for couples wanting that added space of a separate bedroom and living/dining room whilst away. Full kitchen, LCD flat-screen TV and DVD player, 4 SKY digital channels, comfy couch, coffee table and dining table and chairs, modernized bathroom and hardwired broadband internet. Also has a single bed in the lounge

Tariff: $120 for 1-2 persons, $20 extra Adult, $15 Child under 12

We have two super spacious 1-bedroom units, one with a king-size bed in the bedroom and 2 singles in the lounge, two couches, coffee table, LCD flat-screen TV and DVD player, 4 SKY digital channels, full kitchens and four seater dining table and hardwired broadband internet. The other unit is the same except it has a double in the living room and 2 singles in the bedroom and only one couch and is great for families with younger children as the kids can be in bed first.
